Although the hardness is not high (about 210? HB), because of its cold work hardening characteristics, it will be continuously strengthened under pressure, so it will be continuously worn and strengthened in the work, and it will not be scrapped until it is worn to the point where it can not be used. After casting, the manganese steel crushing plate should be treated by water toughening treatment. The operation of water toughening treatment is basically the same as quenching, that is, the cast manganese steel crushing plate is heated to 1000 ~ 1100 ℃ and then rapidly cooled in water. After water toughening treatment, uniform metallographic structure can be obtained, and the metallographic structure can be fixed down, which can avoid the natural phase transformation in use and make the performance worse. The disadvantage of manganese steel is that its price is relatively high. However, in terms of service life and cost, ZGMn13 has a longer service life and lower cost than white cast iron.
During assembly, the broken plate must be firmly attached to the jaw plate, and the two should be leveled. Soft metal (such as lead, zinc, etc.) should be used as the gasket between the crushing plate and the jaw plate, and the bolts should be used for fastening. When the crusher is working, the crushing plate should not be loose, otherwise it is easy to break or wear the crushing plate and reduce the service life of the crushing plate. Therefore, when assembling, the crushing plate must be installed to prolong the service life of the crushing plate.
In the production process, the crushing plate and the material act directly, and the crushing force is great. Especially when crushing the materials with high hardness, the bolt vibration and nut looseness of the crushing plate will lead to the aggravation of the wear of the crushing plate and produce great noise. When the crushing plate falls off or breaks, the equipment stops and affects the normal production. In this case, only tightening the bolts and nuts before starting the machine can not completely solve the problem. It is necessary to analyze the specific problems according to the actual situation on site, and try to find a way to solve the problem. For example, spring anti loosening and vibration damping device can be used to solve the loosening of crushing plate in work, so as to prolong the service life of crushing plate and improve work efficiency. The specific method is to use the spring to make bolt anti loosening and self tightening device. The device is composed of inner spring gland, spring and outer spring gland. The device is threaded on the bolt to tighten the nut. As the spring is compressed to a certain extent by the nut, the strong anti vibration effect will be produced. The bolt loosening force generated by the huge crushing force is automatically compensated by the spring tension force, so the bolt will not be damaged Loose, so as to prolong the service life of the crushing plate and improve the production efficiency.
