Under the working condition of "stone striking", the grain shape of the finished product is better, and the powder content is a little more. It is suitable for the crushing of stones with medium and high hardness, such as basalt, basalt, etc., which is mainly used for stone shaping operation.
"Stone to iron" working mode: different from "stone striking stone", the material ejects from the rotor and collides with the impact block installed in the crushing chamber, which converts the energy obtained by material acceleration into the energy needed for collision and crushing with the impact block. After the impact, the material is directly discharged from the lower part of the body, which can not realize multiple cycle crushing in the crushing chamber.
It is suitable for machine-made sand production because of its high crushing efficiency. However, it has relatively large wear on the peripheral guard plate and other accessories. Its structural design and casting process are also important factors affecting the efficiency of sand making machine.
